05/06 – A disturbance was reported on Churchill Street, one subject was taken to
the hospital for evaluation.
05/07 – A loud party was reported on Sylvan Parkway, they were advised.
Patrol responded to a first-aid call on Westgate Avenue.
05/08 – Patrol responded to a first-aid call on Eckerson Avenue.
05/09 – A suspicious incident was reported on Main Street, one subject was taken
to the hospital for evaluation.
A domestic dispute was investigated on Cedar Street, a warrant was
requested for one subject.
05/10 – A suspicious incident was investigated on Cedar Street, no problems were
found at this time.
A custody dispute was investigated on Churchill Street, all parties were
advised.
05/11 – Criminal mischief was reported on Marshall Avenue, a fence post was
damaged. The investigation is continuing.
Patrol found an open window on a building on Skyline Drive, it was
secured.

A Cheektowaga man was charged with driving while his license was
suspended, when he was stopped on Crittenden Road. He was released on
appearance tickets and the car was turned over to a licensed driver.

An Akron man was charged with driving with a suspended registration,
when he was stopped on Indian Falls Road. He was released on appearance
tickets and the vehicle license plates were confiscated.
An Akron man was charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon, when
metal knuckles were found in his car during a traffic stop on Scotland Road. He
was released on an appearance ticket.
03/17 – An alarm was reported at a Jackson Street business, it was accidental.
A suspicious vehicle was reported on Newton Avenue, everything checked

03/10/19
First Aid responded to Ice Cream Pl for a female that fell.
Police conducted a welfare check on Madison Ave.
A burglar alarm was activated on Main Rd. It was a false alarm.
Deputies stopped a vehicle on Crtittenden Rd. A routine check of the operator’s license showed it
was suspended 14 times for multiple different reasons. The driver was charged with Aggravated
Unlicensed Operation and held at the Erie County Holding Center.
03/11/19
A Buell St Resident woke up to find a unknown female in their residence. The subject was
intoxicated and entered into the wrong house. They were taken home by police.
03/12/19
A burglar alarm was activated on Cedar St. It was a false alarm.

03/13/19
First Aid responded to Skyline Dr for a female with chest pains.

Police assisted with a harassment complaint on East Ave.
The Fire Department responded Hake Rd for a brush fire.
A Cab Driver reported a customer did not pay the fare on Clinton St. The subject fled the scene prior
to patrols arrival. The matter is under investigation.
Deputies responded to a report of a disturbance on Church St. One of the parties involved had
multiple warrants out of Genesee County. The subject was arrested and turned over to Genesee
County Sheriff’s Office.
A two car motor vehicle accident was reported by On Star on Stage Rd. No injuries were reported.

A Depew man fled from patrol during an attempted traffic stop on Main
Road. He was finally caught in the Town of Evans. He is facing numerous charges
from several police agencies.
03/10 – Patrol responded to a first-aid call at a Cedar Street business.
Patrol checked on the welfare of a child on Madison Avenue, due to
family members concern. Everything checked okay.
