ERIE COUNTY SHERIFF’S PATROL LOG FOR NEWSTEAD AND AKRON FOR THE WEEK OF 07/18/21 TO 07/24/21

07/18/21
Police responded to Main St for a report of loud music.
First Aid responded to Colony Pl.
The Fire Department responded to Westgate Ave for a fire alarm activation. It was set off by burnt
food.
Police conducted a welfare check on Cummings Rd.
First Aid responded to Cummings Rd for a female feeling weak.
Deputies responded to Belmont Dr for a report of an intoxicated male in the area. The subject was
taken home without incident.

Police responded to Crittenden Rd for a report of a two car motor vehicle accident. No injuries were
reported.
First Aid responded to Leswing Rd for a female who fell.
Deputies responded to Main St for a report of a disturbance in a vehicle. The vehicle fled the area
prior to patrols arrival. Patrol had a neighboring agency check the welfare of the occupants at their
house. They stated they were fine and required no police assistance.
First Aid responded to Bloomingdale Rd for a male with a leg injury.

A burglar alarm was activated on Crittenden Rd. It was a false alarm.
A two car motor vehicle accident was reported on Carney Rd. No injuries were reported.
First Aid responded to Maple Rd for a male with a wrist injury.
Deputies assisted with a neighbor dispute on Churchill Downs St.

Police responded to Skyline Dr for a one car motor vehicle accident. A vehicle left the roadway and
struck a pole. No injuries were reported.

Police assisted with a civil dispute on Crego Rd.
First Aid responded to Holly St for a male passed out.

First Aid responded to Cummings Rd for a male with a head injury.

Police responded to Parkview Dr for a report of someone screaming in Akron Falls Park. The noise
was determined to be coming from an animal.
The Fire Department responded to Jackson Ave for a CO alarm activation.
Police and Deputies responded to Sleepy Hollow Campground for a report of damage done to cabins.
The matter is being handled civilly.
Police assisted with a property dispute on Leisurewood La.
First Aid responded to Thornwood La for a male with leg pain.
