ERIE COUNTY SHERIFF’S PATROL LOG FOR NEWSTEAD AND AKRON FOR THE WEEK OF 07/04/21 TO 07/10/21

07/04/21
First Aid responded to Mechanic St for a female with arm pain.
First Aid responded to Main Rd for a male with general illness.
Police were called to Cummings Rd for a report of people riding ATVs on the bike path. The
subjects had permission to ride them for the day in regards to the parade.
Police responded to Steiner Rd for a custody dispute.
First Aid responded to Siehl Rd.

Police stopped a vehicle on Parkview Dr. The driver failed multiple roadside sobriety tests and was
charged with Driving While Intoxicated.
Police responded to Steiner Rd for a noise complaint.
Police responded to Fletcher Rd and Cedar St for a report of a larceny of a mailbox.
A burglar alarm was activated on Main Rd. It was a false alarm.

A burglar alarm was activated on Oak St. It was a false alarm.
Police took a report for fraud on Main Rd.

A tractor trailer took down cable lines on John St. The wires were repaired. No injuries were
reported.

A burglar alarm was activated on Jackson St. It was set off in error.
First Aid responded to Brodies Way for a lift assist.
The Fire Department responded to Buell St for a report of wires smoking.

Police conducted a welfare check on John St.
Police responded o Cummings Rd for a report of a disorderly person.
The Fire Department responded to Fletcher Rd for a report of smoke coming from a dryer.

Deputies responded to Clarence Center Rd for a report of gun shots in the area. The subjects were
located and determined to be shooting on private property.
