ERIE COUNTY SHERIFF’S PATROL LOG FOR NEWSTEAD AND AKRON FOR THE WEEK OF 05/16/21 TO 05/22/21

Police responded to Main St at N Millgrove Rd for a two car motor vehicle accident. No injuries
were reported.
Deputies assisted with a custody dispute on McNeely Rd.
A concerned motorist reported a vehicle traveling recklessly on Main Rd. The vehicle was gone prior
to patrols arrival.

First Aid responded to Westgate Ave for a male having difficulty breathing.
The Fire Department responded to Brooklyn St for a report of a picnic table on fire.
The Fire Department responded to Dover Downs St for a report of smoke in the area. It was caused
by burnt food.
Deputies assisted with a property dispute on Steiner Rd.
A 911 hang up call was received on Pocono Pk. It was accidental.

Police stopped a vehicle on Main Rd. The driver immediately fled on foot. The subject was located a
short time later and turned over to Cheektowaga Police on an active arrest warrant.
