March 15 thru March 28, 2021

03/15 – Patrol responded to a first-aid call on Brodies Way.
Speed enforcement was conducted in the school zone on Bloomindale
Road.
03/17 – A Main Street business reported receiving counterfeit money, a report
was taken.
A suspicious vehicle was reported on East Avenue, everything checked
okay.
Patrol responded to a Mill Street residence for a first-aid call.
03/18 – Patrol responded to a first-aid call on Bloomingdale Road.
A Wilson man was charged with driving while his license was suspended,
when he was stopped for speeding on Buell Street. He was released on
appearance tickets.
Patrol responded to a Cedar Street business, on a call for first-aid.
A road obstruction was reported on Clarence Center Road, stones fell of a
dump truck. The highway department was notified and cleared them off
the roadway.
03/19 – Patrol responded to a Westgate Avenue apartment on a call for first-aid.

A suspicious incident was reported on Main Street, an investigation is
pending.
Patrol responded to a first-aid call on Mechanic Street.
03/20 – Patrol responded to a first-aid call on Westgate Avenue.
Illegal parking was reported on Main Street, one car was tagged.
03/21 – A carbon monoxide detector was activated on Shepard Avenue, it was a
malfunction.
Patrol responded to a Marshall Avenue residence on a first-aid call.
A larceny was reported on Eckerson Avenue, cash was reported missing.
The investigation is pending.
03/22 – Patrol responded to a Main Street residence for a first-aid call.
Patrol checked the welfare of a Brooklyn Street resident.
03/23 – An alarm was reported on Brodies Way, everything appeared secure.
A suspicious vehicle was reported at the Akron Airport, everything
checked okay and the subject were sent on their way.
03/24 – Suspicious persons were reported on Hake Road, no problems were
found. All parties were advised and dispersed.
A disturbance was reported on Main Street, they were advised.
An alarm was reported on Main Road, everything appeared secure.
A disturbance was reported on John Street, everything called down.

A gas leak was reported on Townsend Street, the fire Dept. was notified.
03/25 – Dirt bikes were reported on Hoag Avenue, they were gone when patrol
arrived.
Patrol responded to a Wesley Drive residence on a first-aid call.
A suspicious occupied vehicle was reported in Akron Falls Park, the
subjects were advised and ejected.
Patrol responded to a first-aid call on Bloomingdale Road.
03/26 – Wires were reported down on Cedar Street, a tree limb had fallen on
them. The village electric company and the DPW were notified.
A disorderly person was reported in Akron Falls Park, they were advised.
A road obstruction was reported on Bloomingdale Road, a tree had fallen.
The DPW was notified.
A suspicious vehicle was reported on Main Road, everything checked
okay.
03/27 – An ATV complaint was investigated on Hoag Avenue, the subjects were
advised.
03/28 – A domestic dispute was investigated on Skyline Drive, the subjects were
separated and advised.

Chief Lauricella would like to remind motorists, with the warmer weather
coming children will be out playing and bike riding. “Please look twice and save a
life”.
