Akron, N.Y. – August 26, 2020 – Perry’s Ice Cream Company, Inc., a Great Lakes regional brand and Upstate New York’s #1 ice cream choice, has announced the company will host a Virtual Career Fair and Open Interviewing Event on Tuesday, September 1, 2020 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Perry’s is filling over 25 new positions in production/operations, distribution, warehousing, transportation, maintenance, and quality assurance to support the company’s growth and expanded distribution. The added positions are also in support of a new scheduling project geared towards creating greater flexibility and work-life balance for team members. In light of this, a variety of shifts are available including 8- and 12-hour schedules with starting hourly wages ranging from $14.47-$27.05 plus benefits.
During the virtual event, Perry’s hiring managers, supervisors, and HR representatives will be available to speak with interested candidates and give open interviews via Zoom. Participants are encouraged to apply for positions they are interested in before attending the event to receive a full interview.
