Police took a report for identity theft on John St.
Police responded to a one car motor vehicle accident on John St. A vehicle struck a telephone pole.
The driver failed multiple sobriety tests and was charged with driving while intoxicated.

Deputies assisted with a landlord tenant dispute on Cedar St.
