ERIE COUNTY SHERIFF’S PATROL LOG FOR NEWSTEAD AND AKRON FOR THE WEEK OF 12/22/2019 TO 12/28/2019

12/22/19
First Aid responded to Wesley Dr for a male having trouble breathing.
Police were called to Buell St to check on a report of explosions in the area. They were fireworks.
First Aid responded to Saratoga La.
12/23/19
A burglar alarm was activated on Buell St. It was set off in error.
First Aid responded to Main Rd.
The Fire Department responded to Meahl Rd for a CO detector activation. It was a faulty detector.
12/24/19
First Aid responded to John St for a male having seizures.
Police conducted a welfare check on Sylvan Pkwy.
Deputies and Police responded to Hake Rd for a report of a disturbance. One party involved was
charged with Burglary, Assault and Criminal Contempt for allegedly unlawfully entering a residence
and assaulting a victim inside. There was also an order of protection in place that the suspect
violated. They were transported and held at the Erie County Holding Center.
The Fire Department responded to Rapids Rd for a fire alarm activation.
Police assisted with a neighbor dispute on Sandhill Rd.
Deputies and Police responded to Main Rd for a report of a disturbance. No charges were filed and
all parties involved were separated for the night.

Police assisted with a harassment complaint on Hunts Corners Rd.
12/26/19
A concerned motorist reported a vehicle traveling all over the roadway on Main Rd. The vehicle was
gone prior to patrols arrival.
12/27/19
First Aid responded to Shepard Ave.
First Aid responded to Brooklyn St.
First Aid responded to Buckwheat Rd for a lift assist.
First Aid responded to Maple Rd.
12/28/19
First Aid responded to Eckeron Ave for a medical alarm activation.
Deputies assisted with a landlord tenant dispute on John St.
First Aid responded to Maple Rd.
First Aid responded to Meahl Rd for a medical alarm activation.
