You will be judged on:

• Originality/Creativity

• Creep Factor

On Halloween evening, The Grim Reaper will show up at all winners door to deliver trophies, and take pictures.  Will it be you??

**Entrants MUST be within town/village limits of Akron/Newstead to enter.  There is NO ENTRY FEE**
