Mr. Rogers was a member of the Experimental Aircraft Association, the WNY Gas & Steam Engine Association and the National Rifle Association.

Multiple youths were ejected from Akron Falls Park for jumping off the waterfall.
First Aid responded to Randy Dr for a male with low blood pressure.
The Fire Department responded to Stage Rd for a fire alarm activation.
A burglar alarm was activated on Hunts Corners Rd. It was set off in error.
First Aid responded to John St for a male having trouble breathing.
Deputies and Police arrested Eric Parker, 43 of Akron on an outstanding warrant on Main St. During
the arrest Parker was found to be in possession of Cocaine. He was charged with Criminal
Possession of a controlled substance and resisting arrest after he attempted to flee the scene during

Deputies responded to Wesley Dr for a report of a disturbance. One party involved was charged with
menacing for threatening someone with a baseball bat. The subject was held at the Erie County
Holding Center pending arraignment.

A burglar alarm was activated on Stoneridge La. It was a false alarm.
Police assisted with a trespass complaint on Crittenden Rd.
A 911 hang up call was received on Rapids Rd. It was a misdial.
A two car motor vehicle accident was reported on Hunts Corners Rd. Minor injuries were reported.
A one car motor vehicle accident was reported on Maple Rd. A vehicle left the roadway and got
stuck in a ditch. The driver failed multiple roadside sobriety tests and was charged with Driving
While Intoxicated. They later registered a .18% Blood Alcohol Content at the substation.
