Akron Fire Gets New Equipment

*Press Release*

The Akron Fire Company recently put into service a new compressed foam system for their off-road response equipment with support from the Rotary Club of Akron-Newstead.  The foam equipment will be used to put out wildfires, vehicle fires and other small blazes.  The all-terrain vehicle can maneuver in areas where full size fire engines can’t operate, such as community events with large crowds.
