Meet JoAnne Rock. She is my “Guest Chef” this go around. JoAnne is a well-known Chef around Batavia and is currently working at Batavia’s Original which used to be Pontillo’s. JoAnne is also part Pontillo, hence her exceptional cooking skills. I can personally attest to being a taster for many of the treat she has cooked up throughout the years. People chase her down to get her to make their holiday cookies, cakes and pies for good reason!
I needed a Super Bowl Party snack recipe for you all. Those parties are always “bring a dish to pass”, and then people panic! So, I asked JoAnne to help out, and she was HAPPY to oblige! Thanks Joanne!

1 cup corn flakes (crush em)
