...MIXED PRECIPITATION WILL MAKE FOR DIFFICULT DRIVING CONDITIONS
THIS AFTERNOON...

A narrow band of snow and sleet, mixed with or changing over to
freezing rain will spread into the area this afternoon. The
leading edge of this wintry precipitation will arrive in the
Buffalo metro area and Niagara Falls between 1 PM and 2 PM,
reaching Warsaw, Batavia and Medina before 3 PM.

The wintry mix of precipitation will create very slick and hazardous
driving conditions. Roads that are untreated will be particularly
hazardous.

The precipitation will diminish from the west after 4 PM.

Motorists should be prepared for slippery roads and variable
driving conditions. Leave plenty of room between you and the
vehicle in front of you. Allow plenty of extra time to reach your
destination.
